Indiana Tax Court Judge Thomas Fisher is stepping down in January. The 70-year-old has served as the court’s judge since it was established in 1986. He was appointed by then-Gov. Robert Orr.

The Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission will seek candidates for Fisher’s successor and send three names to Gov. Mitch Daniels.
