Taking place within Deluxe at Amber Room, this year’s event will be our biggest and best by far. Located in the basement of the Murat Theatre/Old National Centre, these two beautiful and newly renovated venues will provide the backdrop for an unforgettable evening!

Margot and The Nuclear So and So’s have a new album, “Rot Gut, Domestic” coming out early in 2012, but they’ve partnered up with Bearded Flower to give all their fans a sneak peek! There will be an ultra limited release of 500 copies of a new 7″ for “Prozac Rock/Fingertips” that will be available for purchase at the show! Prozac Rock is the new single, and Fingertips is a non-album track that will only be available on this vinyl pressing.

Deluxe at Amber Room is unique new venue offering access to younger patrons (18+), and a full service bar for those of legal drinking age. Affordable drink specials, as well as some more refined options will be made available, including champagne. We have a full evening of amazing music to keep you enchanted all night long!

Our good friends at the Amber Room will be hosting a dance party of their own featuring DJ’s Slater Hogan, John Larner and special guests mixing up great beats all night long. Access to the Amber Room (21+), which is the venue adjacent to Deluxe, can be purchased on site. Please keep in mind that you must be at least 21 to enter Amber Room.

2010: KLF Legal Year in Review

What a year. 2010 was a big year for KLF Legal. The law firm is growing by leaps and bounds. In addition to working with some of the most creative individuals and businesses in Indianapolis and abroad, my law practice passed many milestones.

Here are just a few, plus some memorable events from other organizations I’m involved with:

March – KLF Legal moves into the Athenaeum’s Garten Haus on Mass Ave, Indy’s Arts & Cultural District.

MayIDADA, the Indianapolis Downtown Artists & Dealers Association, gets a new website and iPhone app. First Friday is becoming a can’t-miss monthly arts event.

June/July – Our first summer associate, Kofi Anokwa of IU-Indy Law School, sets a high bar for future employees.

August – KLF Legal gets a new logo (people seem to like it…what do you think?).

Indy Blues becomes the ONLY English Premier League supporters club in Indiana.

– Speaker at Blog Indiana 2010 on “A Legal Primer for Bloggers” (slides)

October – Elected Chairman of the Indianapolis Bar Association‘s Sports & Entertainment Committee; also serving as Past Chair of Solo & Small Firm Committee

– Speaker/Organizer of “Surviving and Thriving: Essentials for Starting or Improving Your Solo/Small Practice”

November – Speaker at 7th Annual Joan and Jordan R. Leibman Forum on “Fashioning the Law of Design: Wearable Intellectual Property” (slides)

– The Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Library opens to rave reviews. Be sure to stop by the Library soon if you haven’t already.

-Kenan Farrell honored with IndyBar’s President’s Award for Service to the Bar Association.

December – Kenan Farrell profiled as December’s “Rising Star” by Indianapolis Star

Those are just a few of the 2010 highlights and there are already some great things in the works for next year. See you in 2011!
